If you opt out of getting the above coverage from Paws Breeders Club the conditions listed above on the Paws Breeders Club Brochure excluding dysplacia will not be guaranteed in Nightingale Bullies Contract.

This guarantee will be sent to you at the time of purchase and will be required to be signed, notarized and faxed, mailed or emailed back to Nightingale Bullies.
If the dog above is examined by a licensed Veterinarian within 365 days from date of birth and us found to have an untreatable, life threatening, genetic or congenital defect that would render the pet to be crippled or be due cause for euthanasia, or cause death the buyer has the option of returning the dog at adopters expense for a 50% credit toward another puppy from Nightingale Bullies If a puppy dies from a genetic or hereditary defect, a necropsy and full report will be needed and sent to
Nightingale Bullies. You also have the option of keeping the puppy/dog but, please note if pedigree has been sent it has to be signed and returned back to you us along with a spay/neuter agreement before letter of credit will be accepted. If pedigree has not been sent you will not receive it due to us not allowing dogs with defects to be bred.
There are NO refunds in part or in full only letter of credit for amount of credit for another puppy will be given. Please note that any viral or bacterial illness including all stated on “PAWS BREEDERS CLUB” Brochure will only be covered by the PAWS BREEDERS CLUB warranty and is not grounds for credit or replacement puppy. Our health guarantee is for only UNTREATABLE, LIFE THREATENING GENETIC OR CONGENITAL DEFECTS. Regarding heart, lungs, major organs, cancer, and hip dysplacia.
We do not guarantee in our replacement puppy guarantee for démodéx or cherry eyes on the “PAWS BREEDERS CLUB” Brochure. You can file a claim with PET BREEDERS CLUB for reimbursement for vet bill cost upon approval but, these common issues with bulldogs and are not grounds for credit for another puppy for any reason.The dog named above will have a warranty for officially declared and veterinarian documented, hereditary or congenital defects directly causing death
from the age 366 days to age 730 days old and will be due cause for the purchaser to have a 20% discount for a replacement puppy of their choice, not to exceed the purchase price of their original puppy. All full necropsy report will be
required in all cases. If the export pedigree has been sent all papers will need to be returned and signed over to Nightingale Bullies for your discount or replacement. Females are not guaranteed past the timeframe of any confirmed pregnancy under any circumstance!

If a dog is listed as show potential, this means it has the potential to show but does not guarantee it. It is impossible to determine show quality in any puppy under the age of 6 months. This is why it’s listed as show “potential” A puppy can develop any undesirable show or breeding traits until it is one year of age. If you wish to have a show “quality” dog I suggest buying a dog at the age of 12 months or older.
Also, there are no guarantees on breeding or your dog being able to produce a litter. We sell our puppies to be foremost healthy, lovable pets and the decision to breed or produce a litter is never a guarantee that we can make.

The first people always ask why Europe and what is the diffrence. I strongly believe that we need new bloodlines and great ones at that. I really do love the European Type of Bulldog. I like a bulldog puppy to be a bit overdone is what I like to call it. European bloodlines are NOT line bred or inbred which to me is very important. I do not looking at a pedigree and see that both Dam and Sire have the same grandparents. We work with our breeder because she has shown us over and over how nice her puppies are and how great she truly is. She cares about where her puppies go and wants them to be loved! My customers are very happy with their puppies and they know they have a puppy of distinction and of superior quality. I have several bulldogs of my own and they are from fabulous European bloodlines. I honestly can say they are just amazing in every way. I can see a major difference in the look and temperament between what is being bred here.
There are many out there who do not share pictures of the parents, pedigrees like we do. With us you always have all this information before you adopt a puppy. We want you to know everything these is to know about your puppy. Be Careful where you do buy your english bulldog puppy and know what questions to ask. Get to know the Breeder and feel comfortable with them before you purchase your puppy. They should also find out what kind of person you are and what kind of home you are going to offer their puppy. Money should not be the first thing that is talked about.
There are others out there who mass import and sell their puppies just to make a dollar. That is not who we are. We do not have a puppy mill in our backyard nor do we buy puppies and then resell. We do not import puppies that are 5 and 6 weeks old to our home and wait for them to sell. This is not who we are or what we are about. We find loving homes for our puppies for our breeders and that is way we believe it should be done. We do not lie and say that our puppies are born in our home and that we have an oversees breeding program. If your puppy has a tattoo your puppy is most likely an import. Puppies imported from Hungary will have an international microchip. Your local vet can find this chip if he has a international chip reader. You are given all the facts before you adopt from us. If you are considering adopting an imported english bulldog puppy make sure to ask for pictures of the parents, pedigree, and all the crudentials of that business. Please know it is against CDC regulation for a business to import puppies and bring them to your home for resell unless that person is going to hold those puppies until they are 3 months of age and have had rabies vacinations. It is okay to direct ship the puppy directly to the owner and have them agree to the CDC confinement regulations.
We do not import puppies into our home for resell. The puppies sold on our website are directly shipped to their new owners from the breeders that we work with overseas. We offer direct ship only at this time. As when we have our own personal litters they may be shipped from our location to you. The breeders that we work with are respected and have great morals and ethics when it comes to breeding. They have high standards for raising healthy, quality, and beautiful english bulldog puppies. They are NOT puppy mills or backyard breeders. They carefully select the Sire and Dam and research pedigrees to make a perfect match to produce beautiful puppies of outstanding quality. We have built a personal relationship with the breeders we work with and have many references of buyers who can explain how great their experience was with buying a puppy from us. Adopting a puppy should be a wonderful thing for your family and not a nightmare. Please do not Western Union Money or Send Money Gram for puppy. If the puppy is outstanding and looks great and only cost $1300 or under run the other way. If it sounds too good to be true it most likely is. Never send money to Nigeria or Cameroon. You will never see a puppy. Always ask for contact information and verify that before sending money to a breeder. There are many scams out there and you need to be aware.
