Our Health Guarantee Policy

We offer a health guarantee on all of our puppies. Please read the information listed below about our guarantee. Also, all deposits placed on puppies are non-refundable. After approval of home we have a health guarantee contract that has to be singed and notarized. Below is a summary in our contract regarding our health guarantee. PLEASE NOTE IF YOU PURCHASE A PUPPY FROM US WITHOUT RETURNING OUR CONTRACT/SALES AGREEMENT BEFORE YOUR PUPPY IS SHIPPED YOUR HEALTH GUARANTEE POLICY IS NOIL/VOID AND SOLD AS IS!  WE WILL NOT GUARANTEE THE HEALTH OF YOUR PUPPY. THIS CONTRACT IS PUT IN PLACE TO MAKE FOR A HAPPY TRANSACTION BETWEEN BUYER AND SELLER! EVERY CUSTOMER IS SENT THIS CONTRACT WHEN THEY DECIDE TO ADOPT A PUPPY FROM NIGHTINGALE BULLIES!

1. If the adopter decides to cancel their transaction before the arrival or said puppy but after the adoption is placed all monies will be forfeited or used as a credit for another puppy within 12 months from the original adoption date. It is understood that no refund in part or in full will be given for personal conflicts/or change of heart. The money can be used as a credit towards another puppy within 12 months from the date of the original adoption.
    
2. If the dog above is examined by a licensed Veterinarian after 30 days within the first 120 days of age of and found to have an untreatable, life threatening, genetic or congenital defect that would render the pet to be crippled or be due cause for euthanasia, or cause death. Nightingale Bullies will require a full vet report faxed or emailed stating the life threatening, untreatable defect. Nightingale Bullies may require a second opinion. This must be faxed to us within 24 hours of the puppy being diagnosed. If this is not received within the 24 hour time frame the health guarantee is noil and void. If a puppy dies from a genetic or hereditary defect, a necropsy and full report will be needed and sent to Nightingale Bullies. There are no refunds in part or in full only replacements puppies will be given.If we do not have a replacement puppy for the customer at that time a letter of credit minus the shipping cost will issued to the buyer.  If The following items are a few examples of conditions not covered in the untreatable, life threatening congenital and hereditary health guarantee. localized demodetic mange, cherry eye, entropian, loose hips, skin allergies, coccidia, internal parasites, bacterial or viral illnesses.
    
3. If the dog above is examined by a licensed veterinarian after 120 days of age to 365 days of age and found to have an untreatable, life threatening, genetic or congenital defect that would render the pet to be crippled or be due cause for euthanasia, or cause death then Nightingale Bullies will give a 50% credit of the original adoption
   price towards a replacement puppy. If the export pedigree has been sent all papers will need to be returned and signed over to Nightingale Bullies.  This information about our health guarantee is in our contract that has to be signed and notarized before the puppy leaves our care. You can find your local notary at your bank, courthouse, and post office. We will email a copy of our contract/health guarantee after you have been approved for one of our bullie babies. Also, it has come to our attention that customers are signing our contract but, not completely agreeing to the terms of it after they have received the puppy.So, please make sure you read each and every paragraph and agree before agreeing to purchase a puppy from us. Our contract is completely legal and the terms in the contact must be agreed upon.  Our puppies come with one year health guarantee but, we DO NOT cover for things that are Considered Normal for The Bulldog Breed. We DO NOT Guarantee that our puppies will be able to BREED/PRODUCE A LITTER. We sell our puppies to be loving pets and they are just that. This is stated in the contract! We do not sell sick puppies and we have plenty of customers who you are more than welcome to speak with regarding the health of our puppies. Please ask for references because they are readily available. We also have vet reference available. We are reputable and have a long list of happy customers. The first people always ask why Europe and what is the diffrence. I strongly believe that we need new bloodlines and great ones at that. I really do love the European Type of Bulldog. I like a bulldog puppy to be a bit overdone is what I like to call it. European bloodlines are NOT line bred or inbred which to me is very important. I do not looking at a pedigree and see that both Dam and Sire have the same grandparents. We work with our breeder because she has shown us over and over how nice her puppies are and how great she truly is. She cares about where her puppies go and wants them to be loved!  My customers are very happy with their puppies and they know they have a puppy of distinction and of superior quality. I have several bulldogs of my own and they are from fabulous European bloodlines. I honestly can say they are just amazing in every way. I can see a major difference in the look and temperament between what is being bred here in the USA.

 There are many out there who do not share pictures of the parents, pedigrees like we do. With us you always have all this information before you adopt a puppy.  We want you to know everything these is to know about your puppy. Be Careful where you do buy your english bulldog puppy and know what questions to ask. Get to know the Breeder and feel comfortable with them before you purchase your puppy. They should also find out what kind of person you are and what kind of home you are going to offer their puppy. Money should not be the first thing that is talked about. 

Just be aware that not all imports are the quality that they make you to believe. There are others out there who mass import and sell their puppies just to make a dollar. That is not who we are. We never import puppies before they are adopted. We do not have a puppy mill in our backyard nor do we buy puppies and then resell. We do not import puppies that are 5 and 6 weeks old to our home and wait for them to sell. This is not who we are or what we are about. We find loving homes for our puppies for our breeder and that is way we believe it should be done. We do not lie and say that our puppies are born in our home and that we have an oversees breeding program. If your puppy has a FCI tattoo your puppy is most likely an import. You are given all the facts before you adopt from us.  We believe in a code of ethics and we follow this to a tee. If you are considering adopting an imported english bulldog puppy make sure to ask for pictures of the parents, pedigree, and all the crudentials of that business. Please know it is against CDC regulation for a business to import puppies and bring them to your home for resell unless that person is going to hold those puppies until they are16 weeks of age and have had rabies vacinations. It is okay to direct ship the puppy directly to the owner and have them agree to the CDC confinement regulations. The ways many are getting away with is that they are getting the breeders they get puppies from is having them lie and state the puppies are already 4 months old have already had rabies. Adopting a puppy should be a wonderful thing for your family and not a nightmare. Please do not Western Union Money or Send Money Gram for puppy. If the puppy is outstanding and looks great and only cost $1300 or under run the other way. If it sounds too good to be true it most likely is. Never send money to Nigeria or Cameroon. You will never see a puppy. Always ask for contact information and verify that before sending money to a breeder. There are many scams out there and you need to be aware.
