Other locations possible if temperatures are under 70 degrees we can ship via Delta Airlines. This fee is added on regardless if your puppy is picked up or if you are buying from us locally.

If we cant direct ship to your closest intenational airport and you would like us to complete all the handling in Atlanta to pick up your puppy there will be an additional $700 fee added on to the puppy's price. This is because it is an 12 hour drive round trip and also we have to clear your puppy using our customs broker via customs which also usually cost us $250.
 

If you are in the Atlanta, Alabama, Florida or Tennesee and direct shipping is not an option for you we have a transport service that can pick your puppy up from the ATL airport and deliver your puppy to you. Fees will be applied determining destination and the $250 custom brokering fee still apply. Our Recommended Customs Broker is Phoenix International Incorporated based in Atlanta, Ga. We have a very great friend there who takes care of all of our needs and clearing our puppies via customs. Contact us for more information if this is the option you are considering.

AIRLINE SHIPPING ONLY WHEN TEMPERATURES ALLOW

We ship with American or Northwest Airlines from Memphis, TN or Jackson, MS when temperatures are 75/85 degrees or below. Airlines have strict temperature regulations when shipping live animals. Starting in September we can ship via Airline.  Airline shipping is $375.

Please NOTE DURING SUMMER MONTHS WE ONLY OFFER DIRECT SHIPPING OR SHIPPING TO ATLANTA! WE CANNOT HAVE PUPPIES COME INTO MEMPHIS BETWEEN JUNE 1st-SEPT 1st due to the hot temperatures. We can ship to Atlanta and you will be responsible for picking up your puppy there or having it shipped from Atlanta Airport to your closest International Airport with Fronteir Airlines. The buyer will be responsible for all fees associated with shipping from Atlanta to their closest airport.

Process for adopting a puppy from Nightingale Bullies

PLEASE NOTE OUR MAIN GOAL IS MAKING SURE OUR PUPPIES ARE PLACED IN CLEAN, LOVING FAMILY ENVIRONMENTS! WE MAY ASK FOR REFERENCES AND VET REFERENCES! WE DO NOT SELL TO PUPPYMILLS! SO PLEASE DO NOT INQUIRE! WE HAVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE A HOME TO ANYONE AT ANYTIME!

1. Contact us via phone or email and tell us more about who you are and what kind of life our bulldog puppy will have. We will also be glad to answer any questions and concerns you might have. We also have a online puppy application that require be completed before adoption is considered. 
2. If your approved to purchase a bulldog puppy from us we then accept a  non-refundable deposit. The deposit amount is half of the purchase price of the puppy. This non-refundable deposit will hold your puppy for 2 weeks prior to shipping. We also need a signed and notarized contract from you. A puppy will not leave Nightingale Bullies until we have received a signed and notarized contract from you. We will also send you a shopping list for your new bulldog puppy. We do not offer a payment plan or financing on our puppies.
    
3. We do accept the $1000 deposit via credit card (Visa, Mastercard, or Discover) (We do not accept AMEX) if the puppy is less than 6 weeks old. If the puppy is older than 6 weeks old Full Payment has to be made.
4. 2 weeks before shipping the final balance plus shipping is due.
    
5. If the final payment has not been received 2 weeks prior to shipping a $10 a day boarding fee will be charged until full payment has been made.
    
6. After all payment has been made. This puppy will be shipped 2 weeks from that date.
    
7. We have the right to ship when convenient for us. We can only try to accommodate to your schedule but, it is your sole responsibility to make arrangements to pick up your puppy from the airport.
    
8. We do not have a cancellation policy so please understand that after payment has been made that payment is non-refundable. The only time payment is refundable is when the puppy has a life-threatening or untreatable defect. See BELOW for more Information.
    
9. If for any reason, you have personal conflict or change of heart your payment is non-refundable. You will have a credit with us for one year from the date of purchase  (This is to insure that our puppies will have a home. It is not fair for our puppies to have a home and the last minute you change your mind and other customers who might have been interested in our puppy miss their chance because you have changed your mind.)
    
10.  We want our puppies in homes where they will be loved and cared for unconditionally. We put a lot of time into raising/caring for these bullie babies.
     
11. We ship our puppies via Delta or KLM Airlines Directly into Largest International Airport Closest To you. SEE SHIPPING YOUR PUPPY FOR MORE DETAILS. You may pick up in person.
     
12. We do not allow customers in our home. We feel that it is not safe for our puppies or our family due to high rate of stolen puppies and crime. NO EXCEPTIONS!
     
13. We will be glad to meet you in a public place for you to pick up your new bulldog puppy.

    • Blanket for Crate
    • If you live a long way from airport bring a Cesar pack of puppy food with you to feed your baby.
    • Puppy potty pad to replace the one already in travel crate.
       
15. We would like a phone call or email letting us know that you received your puppy.
     
16. We also would like to call in and check on you and your new puppy to make sure everything is going well. We like to be updated on how your new baby is settling in their new home. We would like all families to send us updated pictures of there bullie baby in their new home after arrival. We like to put pictures on our testimonials page.
17.  We sometimes offer rescues and older bulldog to loving homes. Feel free to ask us about our adoptable older bulldogs in need of homes. http://www.rescuebulldogs.org/ is a great resource for bulldogs in need of homes. Also www.petfinder.com is another great resorce to find a bulldog close to you that may need a home.

1. A crate will be provided with your puppy if you opted to have him/her shipped. You will need to upgrade

to a larger crate as the puppy gets older.

2. The Number 2 thing is ABSOLUTELY NO RAWHIDE ANYTHING WHATSOEVER!!!

3. A Kong with Kong Paste or Hard Rubber Toy. My bullies favorite is the Hard rubber Tires with a rope attached is the best.

You can purchase these at Petsmart or Petco.

4. Pig Ears are another favorite and completely digestible.

5. Puppy Pad Housebreaking pads are great to help aid with housetraining.

6. Unscented baby wipes for Cleaning their wrinkles, nose rope, folds and their bellies and little behinds.

7. Nutro Natural Choice Puppy Chicken, Rice and Oatmeal is the food we suggest.

8. Nutro also have dog biscuits that they like

9. A large comfy soft bed.

10. Stainless Steel food bowls for easy sanitizing and cleaning.

12.  Do not purchase soft Latex toys because bulldogs will destroy them in a short time and they

can cause them to choke.

Bank Wires

We also have a Bank of America Bank Account and do accept Wire Transfers to our bank. If you have a location near you then it is as easy as going to the bank and depositing the payment into our bank! This is done same day. For all that decide to send bank wire your puppy will be discounted $100 as we do not have to pay credit card fees with the purchase.

Return/Cancellation Policy

No refunds in part or in full will be given for any reason. Only letter of credit will be issued for another puppy will be given as stated in our Adoption Contract. If you have any questions regarding our policies you may contact us. Please do not try to say you didnt read this information because anytime a puppy is sold to any customer this return/cancellation applies.

ALL DEPOSITS/PAYMENTS PLACED ARE NON-REFUNDABLE FOR ANY REASON!
NO RETURNS FOR ANY REASON! ALL PUPPY SALES ARE FINAL!  IF YOU ARE NOT HAPPY WITH YOUR PUPPY AND THIS IS DUE  THE PUPPY HAVING A LIFE THREATENING, UNTREATABLE CONDITION WHICH IS STATED IN THE CONTRACT/SALES AGREEMENT AND I HAVE RECEIVED A FAX FROM 2 VETS STATING THE SAME DIAGNOSIS WE WILL THEN SEND YOU A LETTER OF CREDIT. NO CASH REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN FOR ANY REASON!
